Rona Y. Brand

Rona Yvonne Brand, daughter of the late King and Minnie Brand, was
born September 24, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life
on April 16, 2018.

Affectionately known by her family and friends as "Vonn". She was
educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. She graduated from
Booker T. Washington High School in 1981. She continued her education
at Baltimore County Community College. Vonn had multiple jobs, but
found her passion in the Culinary Arts.

Vonn had a strong faith in God. Vonn was a devoted mother, daughter,
sister and friend. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She
went above and beyond to please everyone, even if it meant neglecting
herself. V onn was very social and had caring ways. A great attitude and
so much love for all. She loved going out to eat, loved shopping and was
an accomplished cook. She was a woman's woman who enjoyed pamper-
ing herself and keeping a stylish appearance. She will be greatly missed
by all who knew and loved her.

Vonn found the love of her life, Clyde Burrell, Jr. and they were insepa-
rable since the day they met while creating a well blended family.

Vonn was preceded in death by one son, Darren Dorsey, Jr.; one daughter,
Tiara Brand; one grandson, Charles Burrell, Jr.; one sister, Lorie Ann
Brand.

She leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters, Felicia Brand, Cierra
Brand, Anglene Burrell; one son, Charles Burrell; one step daughter,
Aisha Burrell; one step son, Clyde Burrell, III; one brother, Michael
Brand; three sisters, Teresa (Andre) Curtis, Stephanie Brand, Amy Brand;
twelve grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives,
and friends.
