Just through talking about you I have learned of your passing today. Thank you for being fully invested in me. Helping me get into college and even coming to watch me play up in school. I appreciate everything you have done and for setting an example for me. You will be proud to know that I have followed in your footsteps. I have been a phys ed teacher and coach for 10 years now. Thanks a lot coach!

Coach Lombardi, thank you for believing in me. You will forever be in my heart. We had an amazing run in '93 (Horace Mann JV Baseball).
