Not sure what to say?

Russel Hinton was one of the most pleasant gentleman I met during my years as a State employee. He was the main presenter at the award ceremony when I completed my Governmental Accounting Series (GASB) back in 2009 and his kind words of encouragement with his big smile has always remained with me.

When I joined Department of Community Health in 2008, Kim Hinton was our Financial Director and what a pleasure it was to work for her as well, she was a humble and kind professional with a...

I grew up with Russ. He always had a smile on his face. We went to Warren County High together. He was on our Basketball team that placed 3rd in state. I would run into him at Bulldawg games. Very nice guy, I know he will be missed. His teammate Lee Davis

Courtney & Wes, I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. May your sweet memories of him carry you throughout your grief process.

Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear Father. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. May GOD pour down his blessings on you all as you learn to live without your loved one.

My condolences to the Hinton family.

I met Russell years ago when he was at the GA Department of Audits and I worked in Accounting for the Department of Education. He had a great sense of humor and was very efficient in his job. His leadership in GSRA and other organizations were met with energy and efficiency. It was awesome to see him progress in his career within State Government. He greeted you with a smile and I am glad to have known him.

My condolences to Russell's family, he was a true southern gentleman and a important member of the NASACT family. Helpful, kind and funny, his smile brought light to any room. I was so sorry to hear that Russell was not doing well but am grateful to have had some time with Russell at one of NASACTs recent conferences in Atlanta. I don't know you but feel like I do, all Russell talked about were Wes and Courtney. I hope good memories make this tough time a little better. Russell was a...
