Ruth Ann Gibbs

To the Gibbs/Parker families, I am so sorry to learn of Ruth Ann's passing. It was always a pleasure to be in Ruth Ann's presence. She was such a God fearing, loving and compassionate lady. She will be sorely missed. I pray God grants you strength, comfort and peace of mind. You know Ruth Ann is singing and shouting all over heaven today.
