Ruthe Christine Hawn

Hawn, Ruthe Christine Age 97, of New Hope, previously of Crystal, passed away on Dec. 1, 2013. Preceded in death by loving husband, Blaine (married 63 yrs); daughter, Judith, grandson, Michael Braesch, 5 siblings and her parents. Survived by son, Jim (JoLinda) Hawn and daughter Barbara (Rick) Braesch; grandchildren Kristin (Glenn) Wisegarver, Thomas (Deb) Braesch and Eric (Pam) Hawn; and great-grandchildren Andrew & Amy Wisegarver; Samantha, Evan & Melyssa Braesch; Ethan, Daniel & Luke Hawn, other relatives and friends. Ruthe was a loving mother -grandma-great-grandma, wonderful mother-in-law, consummate homemaker, tireless caregiver to Blaine as he battled heart issues, wonderful bread maker, nurturing gardener, highly skilled seamstress, and caring friend to so many. We all love and miss her but are blessed she was in our lives for so long. A celebration of life service will be held at Robbinsdale United Church of Christ, on Saturday, January 18th - full details will be printed later.
