Rev. Duree was born on October 24, 1930 and passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Rev. Duree was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing. Sam graduated from Patti Welder High School in Victoria, TX in 1947. Viewing will begin Friday, November 3, 2017 at noon in Brenham Memorial Chapel. The celebration of life will begin Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Brenham at 408 N. Baylor Street, Brenham, TX 77833 with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's memory may be made to Brenham First UMC.
RIP Sam Duree. You will be missed. You were a memorable part of my and my childrens lives. God Bless and comfort Beverly .
