please accept my most sincere condolences. i was shocked to hear of his passing just today. he sold me my two houses on the east side. i will miss being able to visit him in his office.

Mr. Spitz sold my husband and I our house on 6th Street in the Summit neighborhood. When he showed us our house on 6th Street, he told us we would love it, and we did! We have always viewed him as a very integral part of our wonderful neighborhood, and have waved many times as we passed his office on Hope Street. I thought that Saul would live forever. He was a great guy. We had a wonderful respectful relationship. I will miss him. It is hard to believe that I retired before him.
