Sharon “Sherry” Severs, 64 of Montrose, PA, passed away, after an extended illness, on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at the Endless Mountains Health Systems. She was born on December 27, 1953 in Montrose, PA to the late Steven F. and Louise E. (Sivers) Zapolski.
Surviving are her son, John Severs, six siblings, Gary (Mary Ellen) Zapolski, Robert Zapolski, Barbara Cherry, Sandy Schwenk, Scott Zapolski, and Nancy Nelligan, aunt, Velma Hall, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A sister, Connie Camp, and brother, Jonathon Zapolski predeceased her.
Sherry was a wonderful mother, sister, and aunt. A diehard Eagles fan that enjoyed doing embroidery. She formerly worked as a cook at the Pub and Grub. Sherry loved spending time with family and friends, especially her friends at the Square.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11am Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fairdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-11am at the funeral home.
