LIMA -- Shelba Crow, 83, of Lima, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 21, 1940 in Spencerville to the late Willard and Doris {Gaberdiel} Sakemiller. On February 21, 1960 she married Kenneth Crow who survives in Lima.
...Read MoreI am truly saddened to hear of Shelby's passing. She was one of the first people I met at Oaks Care Center in Lima when I first moved to Lima. She was always so nice to me. She enjoyed her purses. I never forgot her kindness. She will be missed by me.
