Stanley Patterson Obituary
Ricky is survived by his wife, Pamela Jane Cook Patterson; children, son, Joshua Leighton Patterson and wife, Joey, daughter, Jamie Shirlyn Patterson and partner, Martin, son, Jake Vincent Patterson; grandchildren, Layla, Leighton, Jax and Presley Patterson, William and Austin Villa, and Olivia Patterson.
Ricky was a lifelong member of the Crozet community and an avid sportsman. He will be remembered for his passion for hunting, fishing, camping in the mountains and music. He held strong, lasting friendships. Ricky "Pop" was a caretaker of those closest to him and will forever be missed, especially by his grandchildren.
At Ricky's request, there will not be a formal service. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.teaguefuneralhome.com for the Patterson family.

Wow. Has it really been two years already?!! It seems like yesterday that I was enjoying a conversation and sharing fishing stories with Ricky and Richard Brown. Time moves too quickly.

Marla, Jeremy, Danielle, and I were all sad to learn of Ricky's passing. I always enjoyed our conversations about hot peppers and hot sauces, as well as trading back and forth our hot pepper concoctions. We will miss him, and the community will miss his presence. Our deepest condolences to the family and friends .. of which there are many. "Let us cross over the river and rest under the shade of the trees." Rest In Peace, Ricky!
