Susie Maynard Obituary

Susie Ann Maynard of Jumping Branch, WV passed away on June 7, 2017. She was a long time member of Perry Memorial United Methodist Church, Shady Spring.



Susie was born on February 22, 1918 in Pennsylvania to the late Alexander and Magda Kovash.



In addition to her parents Susie was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William S. Maynard and son, William A Maynard.



She is survived by her son, George “Bob” Maynard and wife Marie; daughter, Susie Ferrebee; six grandchildren, Julie Ellison and Randy Parsons, Tammy Poore and husband Brian, Mark McCarus and wife Leah, Melissa Rogers, Ashley Maynard and wife Beth and Scott Maynard; ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.



Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on June 10, 2017 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Scott Mayberry officiating.



In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Perry Memorial United Methodist Church, 100 Perry Ln, Shady Spring, WV 25918.
