I never had the honor of meeting Mrs. Ballard but I feel Like I knew her a little through her son, Ray, who is my friend. She sounded like a truly lovely and very strong woman and I know she will be missed by many. My most sincere condolences.

The passing of such a sweet lady leaves a hole in our hearts. Mom (Betty Ballard) lost a friend and a sister-in-law that she dearly loved. Heaven is richer and we will meet again.
