Not sure what to say?

I can't believe it has been a year. I know you are bending God's ear about farm life and all things baseball:-) I miss that! I miss you!

I cannot believe it has been a year (tomorrow) since Wesley joined Jesus in heaven. Jim and I continue to lift the entire family up in prayer.

Family & friends,
I did not know Thomas but I was hoping to share some words of comfort. It's never easy to lose someone you love. God promises us that we will see our loved ones again in the very near future. Take comfort in knowing that you will see Thomas again as well. Until then may your hearts be filled with the wonderful memories of joyful times spent together as you celebrate a life well lived. Please accept my condolences.

Paula and Kevin, Sorry my condolences are so late but I just heard about Wesley's passing. I was the Child Life Specialist at VCUHS during Wesley's treatment as an inpatient. I will always remember his fighting spirit, his love of the outdoors, and sports and his great smile. What a great young man! Know that he (and all of you) are etched into my memory forever. I was so shocked when I read the newspaper today and saw the story about Wesley. The last time I saw Wesley he was all excited about two fishing rods that I gave to him and his brother. I hope they had a lot of fun with them. Kevin and Paula have been so strong and have raised three wonderful children despite all they must have gone through. They were right to do all the fun things they could do with their family and I'm sure they brought a lot of sunshine into Wesley's short life. I...

I am so sorry for your loss of your son, Thomas. I lost my baby boy Kevin, at 3 1/2 years old in 1998. My heart breaks for you. I am also The Compassionate Friends Fredericksburg Chapter Leader which is a self help support group for all bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who have lost a child. I am here for you if you need me. Praying for you all. RIP Thomas

Dear Berry family, we were so very heartbroken to hear about Wesley's passing. I can't help but think that Chandler has one of his best friends with him now. That brings me comfort and I hope one day it will bring you comfort as well. Wesley was a beautiful boy, inside and out. He will be remembered and missed. We are so very sorry for your loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

To the Berry family, I want you all to know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Wesley was an incredible young man and an inspiration to us all. Heaven must have needed another angel.

Our hearts and thoughts are with your family. Many here are heartbroken at the news of Wes' passing. We know how devoted a family you are with each other and G-d and know that he has moved from one set of loving hands to another. It is my belief that he will be watching over you each day, and that he will do so with love for each of you. With each hug you give each other, please know that his arms are around you at that moment in time as well. May his memory be for a blessing. David
