Thomas was born on March 29, 1959 and passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016. Thomas was a resident of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Andy was a 1978 graduate of Curwensville Area High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was married to Peggy. Friends will be received from 5-8 pm Wednesday April 6 2016 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church Martinsburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday April 7 2016 at the church with Pastor Judith E. Simonson officiating.Interment with full military honors will be held at Fairview Cemetery Martinsburg. The family prefers memorial contributions be given to the National Desert Storm War Memorial or Wreaths across America.
