This breaks my heart.. My neighbor for years and watched him grow up from his birth. Watched him play with the other kids on the block over many years. Attended his marriage. Helped to watched over his father who was elderly and continued living across the street from me. . Counseled Tommy many times over the years when he did not have a mother. I had to help him when his mother was killed in an accident because he was so young. He had a difficult life at times. This is just so sad. So...
