To Rusty and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Toby sounded like a wonderful person and an important part of many lives.

Toby was so dear to our family! She taught my children in the fours. We are so grateful for the love she gave them. Lifting you all up in prayer during this difficult time. Tony was a gift to so many children and families.

Toby was a wonderful, godly woman who touched many lives. She was certainly a great role model for any young lady. She gifted with a passion for music. She was surrounded by love from an outstanding family. She will be missed by many of her long time friends. We all have very special memories of days gone by. She is with our Lord & Savior now.
