Dear Mr and Mrs Waters, I’m not even sure you’ll get this message but I just have to try. My heart hurts tonight after seeing this very sad news. Tracey and I met at HU the first day on campus, registration day, in that super long line. We were both lost girls from small towns. We quickly became friends and stayed that way throughout college. Tracey, it feels like yesterday when you would be helping me with my DJ equipment or having dinner at my house, in Harrisburg Pa. You were the smartest, wisest and funniest person I knew. That smile was amazing and I will truly be thinking about all the laughs we had and funny stories we told each other.

Prayers to the family. My parents and myself loved watching you play basketball at STHS. You are one hell of a basketball player.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. I met Tracey and Joyce at Tara's wedding. I so enjoyed getting to know you a little on that day. This is a great loss to us still here on earth.
