Tracy Jo Morgan, 64, of Burlington, Iowa, passed away peacefully Monday, October 27, 2025, at home.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Tracy on Saturday, November 8th, from 4 to 6 pm, at the Rodeo Park enclosed shelter house, located at: 2136 302nd Ave, Fort Madison, Iowa 52627.
Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
The former Tracy Jo Walker was born February 27, 1961, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Billy Dean and Wynona Ethel (Grossman) Walker.
Tracy is survived by her husband of over 37 years, Bill Lucas; children, Randy Morgan and Stephany, Alex Morgan and Jyll, James Morgan and Dani, Melissa Handy and Travis, William Lucas Jr, and Joshua Lucas; an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, friends, and all of their families. She was preceded in death by her parents and their spouses and other family members.
She enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren, family, and friends.
Randy and Stephany Morgan will be creating a photo collage, and photo donations will be accepted at [email protected] until noon Wednesday, November 5th to allow time to put the collage together.
Special thanks to the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice team, and Tracy’s bestest friend Tricia Abel, for Tracy’s comforting end of life care!
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at https://donate.cancer.org . Any flowers may be delivered to the Shelter House location between 1-3 pm on Saturday November the 8th.
