I have learned of the passing of Vance through my employment here at the A. W. Troutman Co.(Troutman's Chevrolet), in Millersburg. I picked up the his car at your home for service often. He was a kind, courteous, soft-spoken man and I just could not have respect and caring for him. (And I remember him always having candy to share!) We're sorry for your loss. Bill Reed and wife Carol

Mrs. Anderson, I'll light a candle for Mr. Anderson and say a prayer for his soul. May the beautiful memories you both created over the years sustain you at this time of grief.

I am saddened to hear of Mr. Vance Anderson Sr. passing. I first met him at Mr. John Frye's home on N. 14th St. as a young teenager. Seeing his face brings back wonderful memories of my youth as he was a fixture in our neighborhood. He always had a smile and kind words for the young people. Please except my humble condolences and prayers.
