Read MoreAs I read about that little mischievous sparkle in Veda's eyes, I had to smile because that is what I remember about her, along with that smile of hers. I met Veda at the Baseline Church of Christ in the 1970's. Veda touched many lives in such a positive way. My prayers are with the family, knowing how deeply she will be missed.

I worked with Veda for many years at Motorola. She was truly a special person! I always enjoyed her stories about her children and her pets. I loved the fact that her bird was named "Bird" and the cat was named "Cat". She will be truly missed!
