Not sure what to say?

Walter and his wife came to my house as a newly-wed to welcome us to church at St. Ann's, Bartlett. I was struck by his strength of faith. May the Peace of Christ be with his family during your hour of sorrow. RIP.

Our sincerest condolences to the Crews family for loss. We pray that you all will have the comfort only our God can give during this time. Eugene & Deborah Whitelo

Walter was my Sergeant while I was attending the Police Academy in 1982. He later encouraged me to go with the FBI and we became good friends on my return to the Memphis area. Walter was dedicated to our community for many years.

Walter was my football and basketball and baseball coach at St. John's. Catholic grade school. He was a great coach and mentor. I am very sad to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to his family.

Walter was a man with an honest and pure heart. Often times he would offer words of wisdom to those in need of a little boost. Walter was very approachable and sometimes funny when he would tell his jokes. He will certainly be missed. Strength to Scarlett and the family. Enjoy the company of the Lord my dear friend.

Walter Crews was a man of vision and integrity. He cared deeply for his family and will be sorely missed as a valued member of the community. His entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
