Walter L. Martin was a man of honor and distinction. He was always kind, had a smile and a firm handshake each time I came to KofC meetings. Walter, John Jr., Ray and myself and others work together for the 12noon and later 11:30PM Mass at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church for several years, with Walt as the Head Usher, and it was a pleasure and honor to work with him and the others the whole time.
