Worked for Warren at Sea-Land for several years. He was my mentor to some degree. A fun boss to work for. RIP Warren Anderson!

It was truly rewarding to have worked for Warren Anderson. He was District Manager for SeaLand Service, for the ports of Charleston, Jacksonville, Dodge Island (Miami), and Houston. He was tough but very kind to his employees, a true gentleman. On the occasion of my daughter's wedding, I could never have managed without wilting were it not for Warren and his wife helping to arrange everthing at the Presbyterian Chapel at Jacksonville Beach. Warren was my mentor and manager in the containerized shipping industry. Warren and Larry Baker hired me with Sea-Land in June 1963 and I stayed in the industry for 45 years. Thanks for your service

I remember Warren laughing and cutting up with us shortly after he met my friend, Sheryl. He was so smitten! And no wonder. He found a wonderful partner and beach buddy.
Thoughts and prayers are with you, Sheryl. I know you will miss him.
