Not sure what to say?

I met Wiley in 1979. A couple brought me and my wife for dinner after church one Sunday night in July `79. My wife and I loved it, and returned the next month. Wiley asked how many in party, and my name. I told him 2 for Boudreau. "Boudreau? BOUDREAU?? Do you know Lou Boudreau?" Told him he was my great uncle. Wiley knew every statistic of Lou´s baseball career! After a few minutes, he ushered us to the big round table by the kitchen door, and before the menus came, several different dishes...

our deepest condolences in the passing of Wiley may he rest in peace... we miss him dearly

I've known Wiley since the 70's when he managed Sun Hung Heung. He often visited Hawaii and have great memories with him and Han Ching. Wiley was "broken arrow" and Han was "straight arrow". Wiley had a one of a kind personality and had lasting roots with his friends in Hawaii. My condolences to his family...he will truly be missed. Aloha Wylie, RIP.

I am Lara's friend and met Mr. Lum in the 1990's. What a wonderful life he led. Sending love and well wishes to the Lum family.

After reading about Wiley's many accomplishments, it all makes sense when describing his personality. He had a natural charismatic personality, and made you feel comfortable and welcomed at his restaurant. Three generations of my family enjoyed his restaurant. I will always remember Sun Hung Heung and Wiley who defined it.

Wiley was a life-long friend as we had attended grammar, junior high and high schools together. On his regular visits to Las Vegas we would always get together to catch up on what was happening in our lives. He saved my life my first time in a swimming pool when we were in grammar school and attending a pool party for a friend's birthday party. He was a swimmer and I was not. He was a generous and faithful friend for the 70-plus years we knew each other. He will be missed.

Thanks Wiley for the lasting friendship we shared over the many years we got together and great memories at the restaurant.
My prayers go out to all your wonderful friends and family.
