To the Justice Family,
Bill taught me how to scuba dive in the Woodland pool in the early 1960's.This led to many dive trips to the Fort Bragg area. I was always grateful for the training and appreciated it very much. I always considered Bill a friend .Sorry to say that the last visit was way too long ago at his home in Trinity Center.
