William Larry Rose

Mr. William Larry Rose, age 70 of Rainbow City joined his wife in Heaven on March 4, 2018.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday evening at Morgan Funeral Chapel from 6 to 8 P.M.
Funeral service will be held at Chapel on Thursday March 8, 2018 at 12 Noon.
Rev. Emmett Roper and Rev. Terry Tibbs will officiate the service.
Graveside service and interment will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Rose was a longtime member of Shiloh Baptist Church, and a former member and deacon at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. He worked at Heckett Engineering for more than twenty years before starting his family commercial laundry business - "Southern Commercial Laundry". Larry will be remembered for his love of the land and farming, his devotion to his family and his unfailing work ethic. Those preceding him in passing include his beloved wife, Shirley Jean Rose; Daughter, Cynthia Rose; and parents, Samuel Rose and Argie Ruth Rose.
He leaves behind;
Sons, Larry Donald Rose (Wife, Laura) and David Rose (Wife, April).
Brother, Aubrey Rose (Wife, Debbie).
Grandchildren; Amanda, Emily (Husband, Pedro), Cynthia, GraceAnne, Buck, Jaelyn, and Braylee.
Along with many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Alacare Hospice for their compassionate care and to Shiloh Baptist Church.
