Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss. I work at CTN and was so blessed to have known Billy. When he would come in the doors in the mornings and we would make eye contact his smile would start my day off the right way. He had the best smile and eyes. Thank you for sharing Billy with all of us. His life did make a difference.

Billy's smile and laugher will be missed. Hugs for all my cousins Cecelia McCarty Rowley

I was saddened to hear of the recent passing of the Quinnan's youngest brother Billy. Living next door to the family, we got to see the twins growing up, if only for a few short years before both families moved away from the neighborhood. Even though it's been so many years that I saw him personally, there were occasions when both he and his brother David would enter my thoughts and hope they were well.

My love, thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Quinnan family.

Cousins, so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. The joyous and loving boy known far and wide in the Saginaw area for the friendly smiles and outgoing personality that defined him. That amazing ever exuberant spirit grew from the love and faith of each of you. Lucky we all were to share in the joy of his life, and the sorrow of the loss of such a loving man. Memories of him will spark smiles throughout all our lives.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Billy.
I have entered his name in the "Book of Life" at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption. Every time I had seen Billy at the Cathedral he was a very happy person. We miss the entire Quinnan family.

THE SWEETEST BOY, AND ALWAYS A GOOD HUGGER. My sympathies to the Quinnan family. Billy had the best life, and many many friends who spent time in your kitchen. Wish I could be there and give you all a hug. I will send prayers your way.

Mike and Sandy, Jan and I are so sorry to hear about your brother Billy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Billy was a truly unique and loving person. I just remember at your parents house for a party and going to my car to leave and Billy's fingerprints on the driver side window and laughing when you told us he likes to see if the car keys were there. Love you all and God Blessings to you.
