SWEET VALLEY — William Albert Sheppard, 88, of Sweet Valley, passed away Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, at the Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas.

Mr. Sheppard was born in Wilkes-Barre on Feb. 10, 1930, and was the son of the late Alfred and Elizabeth Griffiths Sheppard.
