Dear Joan, I am so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. We were colleagues at Advanced Education for quite a while and there were always interesting things to talk about. Then you came into his life and we saw one another throughBill's involvement in your quilting activities.
It seems that the time you had together was short. I think time was good for both of you and I hope you have many happy memories to help you now. It is so sad because I know that you had plans for creating more good...

To Joan and family: We send our deepest condolences. We remember Bill as a special man, a deep thinker and a gentleman. He had a humourous side that was saved for just a few. We enjoyed conversations with him about difficult philosophical/theosophical topics. We will miss Bill dearly. Sending hugs.

Dear Joan and family,
I had the honour to be a collaeague and next door office neighbour of Bill's. He was wise, kind and easy going and I'm glad I got to know him. I'll always remember him standing out front of the Labour building getting a bit of fresh air.
