Not sure what to say?

To my family, may God keep and comfort us as we remember the wonderful life Poppa lived these past 74 years....My thoughts and prayers are with us during this sad time....his grand & great great-grand (Monique, Clyde Jr., Allyson, Jasmine and Cymone) will remember him for all the good times that they had with him growing up....Love much Donna M. Vaughan (wife of Clyde N. Vaughan Sr.)

I light this candle in remembrance of the light Rev. Vaughan had over him. I remember growing up in Norview Mennonite Church singing 'This little light of mine,, I'm going to let it shine' and watching Rev. Vaughan smile so bright... He opened his heart and his home to my brother and I to where we were part of the family. To my dear sister, Wanda and my dear brother Victor, I Love you and pray your strength in the Lord.

To the entire family my prayers are with you. Rev. Vaughan was a very kind person. He was never too busy to stop and chat with the neighbors. It was always a delight to see the family walking to church. What a blessing he was to the neighborhood. He will never be forgotten.

Our Prayers are with you during this season, may God's grace and peace rest upon you.

Wanda and Victor, please accept my sincere condolences in the passing of your father. When we discovered we were cousins about 3 years ago, it was a joy have him visit to the old homeplace and share family history. May your Prayers, Faith and warm memories of a wonderful life sustain you and May God Bless and keep you in his Loving Care!!

My condolences to the family of William Vaughan Jr. in the passing of your loved one. May the God of comfort be with you. Ps. 90: 10 Ps. 37: 10, 11, 29. Sincerely, E. Mitchell.

We were one of the few African American families living in that vicinity of the Mennonite Faith. During the 1960's we met Rev. Vaughn and his family when he preached at the Norview Mennonite Church where Rev. Harold Buckwalter was the Pastor. Rev. Vaughn reconnectied with us via our sister...
