Willie and I were neighbors, childhood friends, and graduated from Komensky High school together in 1943. I always looked forward to seeing him at our school reunions. He will be missed.

As a 21 year old going to work at WKM Valve in Missouri City, I was fortunate enough to be assigned the night shift on Willie's machine in the Ball Valve Department and looked forward to the mornings and his expertise and advice on the different production runs.
