Frank M. Ewing

Naples, FL

Frank M. Ewing, born Albany, GA April 24, 1915; died Naples, FL September 16, 2013.

A 1936 Graduate of Yale, he was Chairman/President Emeritus of Frank M. Ewing Co., Inc. and President of The Frank M. Ewing Foundation.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Judith H. Ewing. He is survived by children, Peg Atherton, Frances Tennery and Andrew Ewing. He is survived by adopted children Wayne Ewing and Kathleen Ewing. He is survived by stepchildren Conner, Court and William Petrie and Elizabeth Robinson. He had nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by former wife, Marilyn Petrie Ewing; and his daughter Tucker Mace.

He was a member of Burning Tree Club and Chevy Chase Club in Maryland.

Arrangements by Beachwood Society.

No funeral services are planned.

Donations of condolence may be made to The Frank M. Ewing Foundation, Le Parc 501, 4951 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Naples, FL, or the charity of your choice.

I had the good fortune to meet Frank when he was still chairman of Keller brothers and who expedited my sale of The Hamlet and Walker House Apartments., the last 1100 units owned by Kettler Bros. The largest sale in Montgomery County in 1984. What a gentleman.
