William Rayburn (Ray) Cadwallader died March 31, 2016 in Naples, Florida. Husband of Patricia (Patty), and father of John (Betsy) Cadwallader of Chicago, and Jeanne Cadwallader of Key Biscayne, FL. Grandfather of Steve and Amy Cadwallader of Chicago. Son of Rayburn Woods and Ruth Cadwallader, and brother to Jean Cadwallader Scroggins and Beatrice Cadwallader Wharton. Many nieces and nephews.

Ray was a financial services and urban planning executive, and long time civic leader. He served two terms in the Ohio General Assembly, was Mayor of Terrace Park, Executive Director of Common Cause Ohio, a member of the board of the local Habitat for Humanity, and volunteered with many other organizations. He was a Birthright Quaker, and a loyal alum of Withrow, UC, and Chase College of Law; and a very contented smallmouth bass and perch fisherman in the waters around Glen Arbor, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any donations to the Little Miami Conservancy http://www.littlemiami.com, Cincinnati, or the Alzheimer's Support Network, Inc. of Naples, http://www.alzsupport.org, Naples, Florida.
