I will always remember the big smile on Michael’s face whenever we met. His greeting of “Hey, big guy” always made you feel important and gave a sense of true friendship. Our annual lunches at The Palm Restaurant in New York City where we shared our picks for who would make the World Series was one I always looked forward to.. Playing golf with Michael was always an experience as he played golf the same way he went through life, always moving fast. Thanks for the wonderful memories Michael. Rest peacefully, friend.

Michael was a fellow student in my Spanish Class at ETHS. He had a great sense of humor & was well liked. His passing is one of the 1st of the classmates I remember and it is difficult to lose a very vibrant person.

It is with great sadness I just received the news about Mike. When I joined Bear Stearns in 1991, he was one of the first senior guys to pull me aside on the trading floor and chat about the firm and give me advice on how I could do a better job. He always gave that advice with a big grin and he was always approachable. My condolences to his family. He will be sorely missed.

My deepest condolences to Mikes loving family. I shall cherish and always remember five weeks during the summer of 1964 when Mike and I shared a tent at a camp in Michigan. We were boys on the verge of entering high school. Somewhere within the dreamy state between boyhood and manhood. Those were innocent times and we both spoke of the days to come. Rest In Peace, dear friend.

Michael was my big brother. Period. He was someone I could always count on. I am shocked that my big, bad, brilliant buddy has left us. He has been my friend for more than 30 years. Times were always good when Michael was around.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Matthew, Elizabeth and Andy - your Dad was so full of life and love especially for the 3 of you and his grandchildren! It is hard to believe - we were due to get together when my husband and I returned to Florida in April...so very sorry for your loss - He will be greatly missed and leave a very big space to fill.
