Alvin K. "Pete" Trindle 85, of Bonita Springs, FL died Sunday, July 2, 2017. Pete was born September 12, 1931 in Croydon, PA, Son of the late John K. and Henrietta J. (nee Sechler) Trindle. A former resident of Bristol Township, PA, he had resided in Bonita Springs, Fl since 1993.

Pete proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1950 thru 1954.

He began his career at an early age working on the family farm. After returning from Europe, Pete spent 33 years working for the Lester Fellows Company in Burlington, NJ retiring in 1993.

He was a member of the American Legion, Post 303 in Bonita Springs, FL.

Pete is survived by his Loving Wife of 62 years, Beryl M. Trindle of Bonita Springs; 3 sons, John K. Trindle and his wife, Janet of Morrisville, PA, Steven M. Trindle and his husband, Hal of Tampa, FL and Paul A. Trindle and his wife, Kathleen of Auburn, GA; 8 grandchildren, Richard (Ricky), Jill, Brette, Jamie, Jonna, Caitlyn, Ryan and Joyce and 2 great grandchildren, Jeanette and Rianna.

Services and burial with military honors will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery, to be scheduled at a later date.
