On Monday January 29, 2018. Michelle Kopman, loving mother of Laurel, and Kyle. Devoted daughter of Ron Kopman, and Natalie and Mavin Roebuck. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Bob Kopman and Nancy Breitman- Kopman, Mark and Sher Kopman. Sadly missed by Lonny Cass. Loving partner of Kyle Genga. Loved granddaughter of Jean Biderman. Beloved aunt of Ben, Leo, Noah, and Holden. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Thursday February 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park. Im so saddened to learn about the passing of this beautiful soul. I had some health issues and close family passings a few years backit wrecked my body and mind.
Then I did fasting and did raw vegan, etc., working my body up. I found Rawfoodz Cheesauce in my Organic Circle market in Midwood Brooklyn. I was hooked. I NEVER had such a sauce that tasted so close to the cheese I loved and craved. I was hooked. I googled this company and was enthralled by Michelle and her passion. I am again returning to my health and noticed no more Cheesauce/Rawfoodz at my market. I googled and found out the most terrible news, right around the time of her first yarzheit. While I didnt know her, I feel like I did through her food. I wish I purchased much, much more.
She continues to have an affect on those she touched with her food. I would do ANYTHING for a taste of her Cheesauce again. Not to mention she her inspirational videos.
I wish her family continued blessings of peace and strength. May her memory be for a blessing.

Michelle Kopman my beautiful soul sister and best friend, words cannot describe how deeply you are missed and loved. I miss you so very much. My love is with you and your family everyday, and every time I hear a Beatles song I am brought to tears because your spirit is there in the music we loved! My absolute deepest condolences to Michelle's family - unimaginable that someone so full of life can be taken at such an early age. While I didn't know Michelle well, we had met at Trade shows in Canada and I loved her spirit and the beautiful products she created. So sad to lose such a wonderful spirit that the physical world really needed.

I was so stunned and saddened to hear of Michelle's passing. I have only warm memories of her from our years in school and have been so impressed with her amazing work. Such a loss.
