Debbie & Steve,
Your loss is felt by all who knew you folks. I spent many coffee days with your mom and dad when we all lived in Thunder Hills. You dad stood up for my husband when he was commissioned at the base and mom stole my house key and decorated inside when he returned home from VN. So many memories. Prayers for you both and so sorry for your loss.

Kenny will certainly be missed. I have know both Ken and Shirley for many years, I was in their wedding. We have enjoyed renewing the friendship when they visited St Joe. Shirley and I went to school together. A perfect couple, loved each other dearly. My prayers are with Shirley and Debbie and Steve.

My prayers are with the Carter family. I will truly miss Kenny, as will all of us in the "Class of 48".
He and Shirley were always there for our yearly reunion, until which time he became too ill to travel. He was a very special guy. God Bless!

My dad was the kindest and best dad in the whole world..Even as the Parkinson's grew stronger..his only concern was the safety and well being of my mom. Watch over her dad.

I had hoped this day would never come but now the memories I have growing up with the Carters will last in my heart forever. Mr. Carter was the kindness man I ever knew and his love for Shirley was the strongest I will ever know. The Carter's were like my second family. I'll always remember sharing our birthdays, going to the drive-in in the back of the pick-up, seeing Ken and Shirley dressed up for the Marine Corps ball, and the day Ken gave Shirley that big red Chevrolet. I love you, Mr. Carter, and will miss you. God bless Shirley, Debbie, and Steve and their families.

Pop C - We will miss you. I know how much you loved each of us. My girls will always know how much you loved them because you gave love unconditionally. You were one of the most special men in my life and theirs. It was an honor to be your daughter in law. Your favorite daughter in law lol, ok your only daughter in law. We will never forget you. Love, Kerrie, Steve, Jamie, Lindsey and Haley.
