I always enjoyed our annual breakfast get-togethers at Christmas, where Margie and a few of us "Casita folks" got together to catch up. It was wonderful hear everything Margie and her family had been doing during the year. We shared a common interest in floral-arranging, and I can recall doing a couple of arrangements together for work. I will certainly miss her--and already have this past Christmas, since she wasn't there for our breakfast. You all have been in my prayers and will continue to be.

My love to all of you,
Janice

We will miss Aunt Margie's big smile, ever-enthusiastic "HI!" whenever we visited, her warmth and her laughter. She was our "California Mom" while we lived there. Her energy was boundless and her love for her family the same. Her strength through many trials was an inspiration. We hold on to many wonderful family memories.

Margie's warm wisdom and kindness was extended well beyond her immediate family. I will be forever touched by her generous heart for abused and disadvantaged youth in her Vista community. Tommy, you are in our hearts and prayers!

I have so many childhood memories of playing at your house with Mary! Your house was often like a second home to me. What comes to mind as I think of those days is how kind Margie was and how she always had a smile to give us. Prayers to the Thomson Family

I couldn't have had a better mother-in-law. Her advise was wise and always spoken in a way that was easy to receive. Mostly I learned from her curious and loving example. I am grateful to have known her and been influenced by her. All my love and support to the family, especially Tommy, during this difficult time. Sandy Thomson

So many great memories of Margie, and the fun times we had. . . . . from the Vista Swim Club, to Lincoln Band events, and then on to Kiwanis! I have loved the Thomson family forever, and will miss that dry sense of humor. . . . . and the great example Margie always showed as just a really supportive wife and mother. Hugs from Jackie, Jim, Lisa, and Alice

I watched my Aunt Margie carefully, as a child, whenever she visited us. We always seemed to be living somewhere else, when I was growing up.
What comes to my mind was how interested and impressed I was with her frank, honest, no-nonsense conversation; always friendly and endearing to me, as I watched her mother her firstborn baby. She was an impressive role model for me, though I rarely got to be with her. She never feared to speak her truth when it was called for.
I thank you, Uncle Tommy, for being just the right man for her. I mourn her death, and am blessed to have known her. May you find comfort at this time in knowing how well loved Margie was.
