Dawn Mullen Obituary
Born Nov. 28, 1960, in Cleveland, Dawn was a graduate of Villa Angela Academy and attended the University of Dayton.
Dawn loved camping and the friendships she formed at Holiday Camplands. She had a great love for children and expressed that love with her own and her nieces and nephews. Dawn had been a daycare provider at Holy Family Learning Center in Lakewood until she became ill. Halloween was her favorite holiday and many viewed her outdoor decorations. Making every holiday a special occasion was one of her greatest joys. She loved Dorothy and is now following her own yellow brick road to Oz. Dawn was taken from her family too soon and will be dearly missed.

Survivors are her children, Brittany Mullen of Lakewood and Jarrod Mullen of Willowick; parents, James J. Ogrin and Kathy Ogrin; sister, Kelly (Victor) Fani of Willoughby; brother, James (Shelley) Ogrin of Mentor; nieces and nephews, Kyle and Sara Fani and Alex Ogrin; uncle, Kenneth (Marty) Ogrin of Florida; aunts, Nancy Lukas of Mentor, Sharon Tomasello of Grand River and Sister Kathleen Ogrin of Euclid; and cousins, Nicole (John) Haslinger and Ashly (Chris) Buck. She is also survived by many other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Francesco and Ruth Tomasello; and her paternal grandparents, Rudolph and Mary Ogrin.
Memorial Mass will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 461 E. 321st St., Willowick. Fr. Ted Lucas will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the church. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chester Township.
Contributions in Dawn's memory may be made in care of the family or to a charity of your choice.
