Jason Sutt Obituary
Born on July 19, 1979, in Mayfield, Jason was a resident of Mentor and formerly of Painesville.
He passed away on July 23, 2011, in Mentor.
He was a self-employed floor installer for the Carpet Advantage Company.
A member of AMVETS Post 40 in Mentor, Jason enjoyed music, camping, snow boarding, and spending special times with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy (Ramer) Baker of Mentor; step father, Mark Baker of Mentor; maternal grandmother, Alma Ramer of Mentor; grandmother, Jean Craig of Mentor; brother, Ryan Sutt of Mentor; uncle, Sam (Connie) Ramer of Mentor; aunts, Laura (Tony) Filichia of Mentor and Lisa Kent of Mentor; several cousins and great cousins.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Oscar S. Ramer; and grandfather, David Craig.
Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the family.

Kathy, Mark, and Ryan..and the rest of the family...I am devastated to hear of Jason's passing...he helped babysit both my daughters and was a very special friend to my family...I will forever cherish him in my heart...I pray that God give you peace in your hearts and comfort you during this tragic, sad time...RIP Jay!!! There aren't any words to describe how saddened and heartbroken we are to lose you Jason. You were a great friend to everyone and a wonderful cousin. Always willing to lend a hand. Kathy, Mark and Ryan, I was saddened to hear of Jason's passing. In the nearly 10 years of living next door to your family, I discovered many remarkable things about Jason. He had an extraordinary kindness and was always eager to lend a hand. He and Ryan have been very good friends to our son David. I know he will be missed by all who knew him, but I am assured and comforted in knowing that he is in a better place, where there are no struggles and only happy times and many friends and family to accompany him in watching over those he left behind. RIP Jay! I'll remember all the fun times growing up, all of us getting in trouble together and the endless days playing on "The T''s" at the beach with Grandma watching us. Thanks for being so supportive through the years and visiting us, no matter where we lived. It was a blessing to have you as my Cousin.
