Anton Mazi Obituary
He was born May 3, 1931, in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Mr. Mazi worked as an electrician.
Survivors are his wife, Lidia (Vodopivec); children, Anita (Rusty) Rogers and Tom (Angela) Mazi; grandchildren, Christopher Mazi and Miranda Rogers; siblings, Marjan Mazi, Fani Godec and Emi Crnic, all of Slovenia.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at The Cosic Funeral Home, 28890 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011, at St. Mary's Church, 15519 Holmes Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.

Lidia, Tom and Anita,
We are heartbroken over the loss of cousin Tony, but we will forever cherish our fond memories of time spent with him. His work ethic, story-telling, and quick wit was inspiring and will be sorely missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
We will toast a little 'schnapps' in Tony's honor. He would like that.

I remember Tony from when I was very young. He used to come to my parents house and lend his skills and talents in doing electrical repairs to their home usually doing so at the drop of a hat giving up his weekends to get things done right. His real gift to our family was his and his family's friendship. While I have not been in touch with Tony as I would have liked in these recent years, he will always to be remembered with fond memories - among them the sound of his laughter after sharing a joke, still resonating in my head. We offer our condolences to Lidia, Anita, Tommy and all of their families. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
