Edward Hutchison Obituary
Born Jan. 26, 1937, in Greenfield, he had lived in Willowick for the past 38 years.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, member of the NRA and Old South Church in Kirtland, volunteer at Laurelwood, loved traveling, photography and was an avid gun collector. He was a graduate of Capital University, Baldwin-Wallace College and Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
Mr. Hutchison retired from Bailey Controls as an electrical engineer after 30 years of service. After retirement, he went onto Canadian Standards Association as a field inspector.
Survivors are his wife of 47 years, Maxine L. Hutchison (Baughman); children, Tracy (Mark) Smearman of Chardon, Leigh (Jim Stokes) Archibald of Wickliffe and David (Rebecca) of Shanghai; grandchildren, Jacob, Paige Smearman, Mitchell and Nathan Archibald; brother, James T. Hutchison of Jacksonville, Fla.; mother-in-law, Bernice Baughman of Franklin, Pa.; sisters-in-law, Twila (Larry) Wolford and Carol (Dan) Neville; brother-in-law, Charles (Carolyn) Baughman; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse D. and Beatrice Hutchison; siblings, Cleda Carson, Virginia Ann Hannon, Mary Bell Lamb and Dawson Hutchison.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
Friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions are suggested to the Salvation Army or American Cancer Society.

Sorry for your loss Aunt Maxine, Tracy, Leigh and David. Enjoyed watching David Letterman and a movie with Uncle Ed last November when I was up to visit. You and extended family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
