I remember Jim from Lincoln Elementary in Wickliffe. We were in the same class from kindergarten thru 6th grade. I had a crush on him in the 3rd grade, but alas, it was short-lived! I don't think he knew about it.
I moved to California in 1952, the summer between 8th and 9th grades. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. Carol Sigeti-Williams

I so enjoyed meeting you, Nancy, and seeing JIm at the Class of 1956 get-together in Ohio in 2002. Jim and I had gone steady in our senior year but hadn't seen eachother since Christmas of 1956. Catching up on our news was great. My sympathies go out to you and the family at this sad time.

DEAR NANCY Iam so sorry to hear about jims passing. Jim and I grew up together as neighbors on Armadale ave in Wickliffe. As boys and young men we had many adventures. We signed up for the army and served our active duty together at fort jackson so. Carolina and fort chaffee Arkansas. I feel bad that we did not stay in touch over the years. My warmest wishes to you.

It is always difficult to say good-bye to a friend. Jim was a friend, a fellow Winter Texan who possessed much knowledge, generousity and great humour. I will miss you, Jim
Condolences to Nancy and family.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of our Winter Texan friend, and will miss our visits with him. He used to knock on our door and ask if Bob could come out and play (Bob always did). We enjoyed many stimulating discussions, whether or not there was total agreement. Our sincere sympathy to Nancy and Jim's family at this time of sorrow and loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
