Timothy Hyatt Obituary
He is survived by his wife Beth (Johnston) Hyatt, children, Chris (Holly Nortunen) Hyatt and Anna (John) Bjornholm, grandchildren, Johnny, Oliver and Loga and his mother Martha (Sindelar) Hyatt, and brothers, Dan(Karen) Hyatt, Mike (Mary) Hyatt, Tom (Lori) Hyatt.
He was preceded in death by his father David Hyatt.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in January
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Drag Racing Association of Women

Tim was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Worked with him for Mr Gasket when Bob Airheart and I were the reps. Always stuck my head in the trailer at Pomona to say HI, and Tim always had a smile. We had a nice talk a few weeks back at the PRI Show. RIP.

It has been just over one week now since Tim has been gone and I still can,t believe it happened. I am missing his happy voice and his smiling face. His clutch knowledge was right up there with the best of them, due to his experience and being so close to the racer,s at all of the race event's. I spent a lot of fun years with Tim on the Mr Gasket trailer until he and Beth formed their own service rig. Those were precious years that I will cherish for a long time. I thank Tim for the clutch advice he gave us over the last couple of years. Tim will be missed by the whole drag racing industry...It will never be the same. Tim and family are in my thought's and prayers. I'm really missing you, man!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Hyatt family. Tim was special. He was kind, patient, and professional. He provided insight and encouragement and responded to countless questions on the telephone and via email. No matter how busy he was, he took the time to help others when they were in need. He will be greatly missed.

I was very lucky to know tim, he was not only very instrumental in me getting into drag racing, but Tim was also a very dear and trusted friend. Tim was always the stand up guy when anybody needed help with just about anything. My condolences to Beth and family, the racing community has certainly lost one of the best. Rest in piece Timmers.

Losing a loved one anytime is difficult, but during the holidays it is terrible. Tim had a good life, although too short, and earned the love and respect of many people. There's consolation in the memories of what the family shared with him. Rest in peace Tim, you will be missed.
