Funeral services for Billy Bob Moore, 58, of Longview, will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, with Chaplain Yankton Hatton officiating. Interment will follow in Magrill-Moore Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Moore passed away Monday, August 30, 2010, in Longview.
He was born September 14, 1951, in Longview, Texas. He was raised in the Gum Springs Community by his loving parents, Kyle and Dixie Wilson. He graduated from Hallsville High School and attended Kilgore College. He served for three years in the U. S. Air Force. He was a Baptist and worked at Texas Eastman as a Operator.
He is survived by his wife, Mellone Moore; daughter, Angela Morris and husband Terry of Longview; and two stepsons, Jason McCain of Pollock, Louisiana, and Kevin McCain of Longview, Texas; five grandchildren, Alexandra Valls, Annah Valls, Emily Morris, Ivy McCain and Gauge McCain; and two brothers, Kenneth Moore and wife Sharon of Avinger, Texas, and Jim Wilson and wife Barbara of Lindale, Texas.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Magrill-Moore Cemetery association 19945 Saddlebrook Dr., Lindale, Texas 75771.
