Rosemary Suzanne Konter, age 87, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2016 at her home in Flagler Beach, FL. Sue was born September 3, 1928 in Columbus, OH, the daughter of John & Gertrude Hanson. Sue married Donn Snow and together they raised three children, Nancy and twins Tommy and Susan in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. During their twenty-six years of marriage, Sue was a proud mother and housewife, totally devoted to the well-being of her children. She truly enjoyed the beach, water, taking care of their home, cooking, and had quite a green-thumb for plants. Sue and Frank Konter were married for 17 years and lived in Flagler Beach, Fl. They enjoyed dancing, playing cards with friends, traveling and bowling on the mid-night league. Sue was a member of the Flagler Women's Club and the Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church. Sue was preceded in death by her husband Frank and dear grandson John Virgil (JV) Snow. Sue is survived by her daughter Nancy Creely and husband Kevin; son Thomas Snow and wife Jane; daughter Susan Byrne; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. There will be a service at the Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in her name to your favorite charity.
