Randy was one of those rare people whom it was a pleasure to know and work with. He will be sorely missed by all his Communications family. I shall keep his family in my thoughts and prayers during this sad and difficult time.

Connie & Tyler my heart goes out to you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Everyone who met Randy, Loved Him! He was (20) years old when I first met him at DBPD and started training him. He learned fast. He was a Great Dispatcher & Trainer. He deserved a medal for all of the women he had to work with over the years! When he went to work for VCSO we still talked on the phone and saw each other at various meetings. The memories that may be too painful to remember now, will someday soon bring a smile to everyone's face. Randy had a great, mischievous smile. We all will have many fond memories shared with Randy. He will be missed by many, but always in our Hearts! God Bless Love, Vicki

For many years Randy was a great co-worker when working together at the Daytona Beach Police Department. Through the following years we spoke less frequently but still had a wonderful respect for each other. My prayers and sincere condolences for Randy's family and friends.
