Lieber Terry,
ich habe dich auf einem Konzert hier in Deutschland in den 80er Jahren kennengelernt. Ich war Anfang 20 und mochte dich unglaublich gern. Ich habe dich sogar in Berlin besucht, dort wohntest du zusammen mit einem Freund in einer kleinen Wohnung. Wir aßen Toastbrot mit Erdnussbutter und Marmelade und du erzähltest mir von deinem Bruder in Amerika und deiner Musik. Wir besuchten abends im Quartier Latin Konzerte und waren einander sehr nah. Ich habe dich als sehr warmherzigen liebevollen Menschen kennengelernt und du bist mir tief in Erinnerung geblieben. Doch leider trennten sich unsere Wege wieder und wir haben uns nie wieder gesehen. Nach vielen Jahrzehnten habe ich nach dir gesucht und erfahren, dass du schon vor langer Zeit verstorben bist. Leider viel zu früh. Dennoch bleibst du und das was du zu geben hattest unvergessen. In den Gedanken lebst du weiter!

God Bless Terry and family. He played second base on our Vernors little league team in the early 60s.
