Should ever a man recieve an open door policy to HEAVEN.... I should be him!! Many years of my life are forever marked by his integrity and humbleness... as a boy Nathan and I (Ryan G) found a grand pa and true friend.
It such a loss... we love and miss you! I wish we still had more time!Ryan Ganim & Nathan Ganim

MAY GOD BLESS HIM AND KEEP HIM UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DONT KNOW, MR. FRAY TOOK CARE OF ME AS A CHILD IN FOSTER CARE AND TAUGHT ME THE RESPECT OF EACH OTHER AND THE RESPECT FOR HARD WORK. I HAVE A RECENT PICTURE OF HIM TOO. HE STILL HAD A GREAT LAUGH AND A WRY SENSE OF HUMOR

We'll miss Mr. Fray (we know him as "Jimmy") in our community. He was a loyal customer of Cheatham's Store, which my great grandfather started, my grandfather and my father operated. And, he was good neighbor. I think the thing I admire most about him was how he did things at his own pace, and seemed to know when the time was right to move on to something else. I used to work in Rustburg when he started practicing law, and used to eat lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Thompson and him. We had a lot of good laughs together--he loved to laugh. He got lots of pleasure out of the simple things in life, and was never too busy to do a favor. He came to my door once to bring me a watermellon and my dog got out of the house and I went nuts because I just knew she would be killed in Red House Road! Jimmy ran all the way across the road, got my dog, and walked back to my house with the dog under his arm. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones, and we will certainly miss him. Rest in peace, Jimmy!
