Jimmy Nuckles Obituary
Jimmy Nathaniel Nuckles Jr., 53, of Madison Heights, passed away Jan. 7, 2011.
Born Jan. 22, 1957, in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late Jimmy Nathaniel Nuckles and Katherine Floyd Turman. He is survived by his step-father, Jack Turman, of Atlanta, Ga.
Survivors include his son, Daniel Nuckles, of Monroe; his daughter, Jamie McCormick and husband Robert, of Goochland; brother, Eddie Turman and wife Michelle, of Rustburg; dear friend, Dana Mays, of Madison Heights' four grandchildren, Krista, Haley, Ryan, and Tabitha, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at Temple Baptist Church, by the Rev. Walter Yancey. The family will receive friends prior the service.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Temple Baptist Church, or to Advanced Medical Optics, INC, 1700 East St. Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
